Who is responsible

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number (if provided), company (if provided), subject, message and any project or funding information you choose to include.

• Appointment booking: full name, email address, selected appointment date and time, your description of the request, and contact details of guests you choose to add.

How information is used

Your details are used to respond to enquiries, understand the support requested, arrange and manage appointments, send booking communications, and meet applicable legal obligations. Please do not include passwords, bank account numbers or government ID numbers in message fields.

Service providers

This website and its booking service use Odoo. If an appointment is held through Google Meet, Google may process information needed to provide that meeting under its own privacy terms. Service providers may process information as needed to operate the website, booking or requested meeting; information may also be disclosed where law requires.

Your choices and rights

You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, request a summary of your personal data, ask for correction, completion, updating or erasure, raise a grievance, or nominate another person, as provided by applicable Indian law. Email bosesatyaki@gmail.com and mention “Privacy request”. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before it takes effect; erasure is subject to legal requirements. If a grievance remains unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India through the procedure available under applicable law.
